This session examines how AI is changing the nature of human work and why capabilities such as judgment, accountability, adaptability, trust-building, and relationship management may become increasingly important as employees supervise and collaborate with AI-enabled systems. As employees increasingly use, monitor, and make decisions with AI-enabled tools, capabilities such as judgment, empathy, adaptability, trust-building, ethical oversight, relationship management, and leading through ambiguity become critical differentiators.
