Dr. Margareth Legaspi has more than 20 years of experience in education administration with demonstrated ability to implement effective systems and programs, manage budgets, and support the high-quality implementation of initiatives. Dr. Legaspi’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts with certification in special education and English as a second language; a Master of Arts in curriculum and instruction focused on bilingual special education; a Doctorate in education with a special education focus; and a certificate in educational leadership and administration. She has experience as the Head Start State Collaboration Director, collaborating and coordinating improved systems and data integration across Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Dr. Legaspi has served as a special education teacher, researcher, director of assessment, manager of evaluation, and Interim Assistant Superintendent and Deputy Assistant Superintendent of Early Learning in Washington, D.C. She currently serves as Chief Education Strategy Officer at Verite Educational Services, LLC, where she explores artificial intelligence best practices in education, and as President and Co-Founder of Tutor Time 4U, LLC.
