Theresa Bartlett is the Director of Testing for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. She earned a BS degree from Regis University and has over 20 years of experience in certification and accreditation. Theresa has successfully managed the development and implementation of numerous certification initiatives that improved organization processes and stakeholder experiences. In addition, she has overseen various projects and assisted in developing new systems for managing organization volunteers who support examination development and maintenance. Theresa’s professional interests include building and working with teams to foster a collaborative approach in meeting high-quality certification goals.
