Charlie Bonfert, MS, ICE-CCP is a Psychometrician for PSI working in the credentialing field. As a Psychometrician, Charlie helps credentialing organizations develop fair, reliable and valid exams. Parts of this include designing and conducting job analysis and standard setting studies, conducting test equating and statistical analysis of test items, assembling exams due to statistical and exam content outline prerequisites, and upholding best psychometric practices throughout the life of the exam. He has shown commitment to the industry by obtaining his ICE-CCP, promoting accreditation standards, and becoming a virtual committee member of the Certification Network Group (CNG). He holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University.
