Lori Furtado, CAE, ICE-CCP, is the Director of Certification Services at the American Board of Perianesthesia Nursing Certification, Inc. (ABPANC). In her current position, she oversees the exam development process of the Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN®), the Certified Ambulatory Perianesthesia Nurse (CAPA®), and the Certified Pediatric Perianesthesia Nurse (CPPN®) certification programs. Prior to her work with ABPANC, Lori held positions of Senior Director of Credentialing at ASAE, Director of Certification at the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, and Assistant Director for Testing at the National Court Reporters Association.
