Tara Myers, PhD, ICE-CCP, SHRM-SCP, ICF-ACC, is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in assessment, organizational development, and coaching. As the Managing Director of Assessment at the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT), she leads a team responsible for the development and maintenance of licensing exams. In her previous roles, she led teams that developed certification exams and hiring tools. She has published and presented on job analysis, test development, talent management, and psychometrics. She was co-author of the Job Analysis chapter in the third edition of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.) Certification Handbook and has served as chair of the Certification Network Group (CNG) Board of Directors, chair of I.C.E.’s Publications and Editorial Committee, co-editor for the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP) TIP’s The Bridge: Connecting Science and Practice column, and accreditation reviewer. She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Nebraska.
