Nicholas Cowling currently serves as a Product Manager at NBME, where he provides value to medical schools and students by managing the strategic direction, performance, and cross-functional support of a portfolio of medical school assessments.

Previously to his tenure at NBME, Nicholas served in product management for a global higher education institution, where he was responsible for the creation and growth of competency-based undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs. Prior to this, Nicholas served in operation, change management, and strategic communication leadership roles for organizations in the healthcare, and financial sectors.
