Jessica M. Anderson, ICE-CCP, is a credentialing and assessment professional with more than 18 years of experience helping licensure and certification organizations strengthen the validity, fairness, and effectiveness of their credentialing programs. As Director of Licensure and Certification at Data Recognition Corporation (DRC), she leads and supports a wide range of exam development activities across the credentialing lifecycle, including job analyses, blueprint development, item development, standard setting, and program evaluation.
Known for translating industry standards and psychometric best practices into practical solutions, Ms. Anderson partners with credentialing organizations to address complex testing and certification challenges. Her work combines deep expertise in high-stakes assessment with a collaborative, client-focused approach. She is particularly passionate about advancing fairness in credentialing and regularly contributes to initiatives focused on reducing bias, promoting inclusive assessment practices, and strengthening the defensibility of credentialing decisions.
Ms. Anderson completed PhD-level coursework in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the City University of New York Graduate Center and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls. She is also an Institute for Credentialing Excellence Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP).
