Advancing a certification program requires understanding the concerns of internal and external stakeholders while implementing a strategy that is appropriate for its level of maturation. In this session, panelists will discuss a three-prong framework (fit, sustainability, and growth) that organizations can use to create a plan for increasing program success. Less experienced testing organizations will want to address fit and whether they are meeting their goals. Once areas of fit have been evaluated, testing organizations that are beginning to establish themselves should pivot to sustainability. After success has been maintained, mature testing organizations can design a growth strategy. By the end of this session, attendees will be able to: assess the level of maturity for their organization; identify areas of improvement; and create an expansion plan in an efficient manner.
