Joy Matthews-López, PhD, is the founder and President of JML Measurement and Testing Services where she works with a wide variety of US and international clients in the certificate/certification/licensure spaces. Joy has over 20 years as a senior psychometrician and specializes in test adaptation/localization, exam security, and technical issues common to accredited certification and micro-credentialing programs. Joy regularly presents at professional meetings and conferences, is actively involved with various ATP committees, Divisions, and serves on the ATP Board of Directors.
