Joy Matthews-López, PhD, is the founder and President of JML Measurement and Testing Services where she works with a wide variety of US and international clients in the certificate/certification/licensure spaces. Joy has 25 years as a senior psychometrician and specializes in test adaptation/localization, exam security, and technical issues common to accredited certification and micro-credentialing programs. Joy is a former NCCA Commissioner and regularly presents at a variety of professional meetings and conferences. Joy currently serves on the ATP Board of Directors and is the incoming 2027 Chair.
