Description
Conducting a Job Task Analysis (JTA)—also known as a Practice Analysis—is a critical step in ensuring the validity and relevance of credentialing programs. Typically recommended every 5–7 years, JTAs define the scope of professional practice by identifying the tasks practitioners must perform competently at the time of certification. But what a lift!! Many organizations have concerns about the amount of time, expense, and resources a JTA will require of them. This panel of experts will delve into different JTA approaches because there is more than one way to JTA! This diverse group of industry leaders will engage in conversation about several JTA methodologies, examining their unique features, benefits, and potential drawbacks.
