Isabelle Gonthier, PhD, ICE-CCP, is Chief Assessment Officer at ETS and PSI where she oversees the teams responsible for ensuring overall assessment program and services success and adherence to testing and measurement best practices. Areas under her responsibility include psychometrics, test and content development, test publishing, content management, measurement science, and data forensics across all global markets ETS and PSI are serving. In an executive leadership role, she draws from her 20+ years of industry experience to help define ETS’s business strategies and develop service offerings and technology roadmaps. On a client level, Dr. Gonthier is known for her keen ability to blend best practice guidance with smart innovation to set credentialing and assessment programs up for success. She is a veteran in the testing industry and has been highly engaged in advancing the testing and credentialing field, including serving as NCCA Chair and Psychometric Commissioner and as the Chair of the I.C.E. Accreditation Services Council. She also serves on the CNAR Board of Directors and has recently been elected to the ATP Board of Directors. She holds the ICE-CCP (Certified Credentialing Professional) certification, demonstrating competence across all professional credentialing activities.
