Dr. Curley brings 20+ years of experience to Alpine as a seasoned Senior Psychometrician and Director of Assessment Services Operations. In her current role, she advises clients on aligning psychometric methodologies with program requirements and business needs, while also supporting operational systems across Client Services. Prior to this position, Lisa held various key roles at Alpine, including VP, Product & Service Management, Director of Psychometrics, and Director of IT Credentialing. In these roles, she successfully managed operational execution across credentialing verticals, streamlined processes, and optimized workflows for psychometric operations. She remains active in the industry and research community, receiving the Judge’s Success Award at the Association of Test Publisher’s Innovation Fast Pitch in 2023.
