She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Measurement from Baylor University. Dr. Hodge has extensive experience in leading teams of psychometricians and research scientists, focusing on enhancing exam quality through advanced statistical analysis and innovative research methodologies. Dr. Hodge is an ICE- Certified Credentialing Professional and has earned a Data Analysis and Visualization Professional Certificate from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. She is an active member of several professional associations, including the National Council on Measurement in Education and the Association of Test Publishers, where she has served as a reviewer, session coordinator and committee member. Her scholarly research spans various aspects of educational measurement and psychometrics, including the enhancement of student retention in nursing education and the examination of proficiency classification accuracy under different Rasch models. Her work also includes the comparison of Rasch and classical equating methods, the stability of fit indices in applied settings, and validation techniques in standard setting, utilizing advanced statistical techniques.
