James has over a decade of experience in the certification, licensure, and educational testing industries. He has assisted many different organizations in the development of examinations for a variety of professional fields. He is well versed in the examination development process and the creation of examinations that meet multiple accreditation standards through experienced leadership of subject matter expert groups and the application of appropriate measurement methodologies. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice and his Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University. He currently works at the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
