She brings over 13 years of experience in the testing and credentialing industry with expertise spanning assessment design, program management, accreditation standards, and stakeholder engagement.

Throughout her career, Susan has guided numerous certification programs through development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance, with a particular focus on the IT Certification and Professional Credentialing sectors. Susan has a long record of volunteer service and leadership. She currently serves as Vice-Chair of the ATP Marketing Conference Committee and has supported the review of ATP conference program submissions for many years.
