Paul is an experienced emergency clinician, healthcare and assessment leader with 30+ years of strategic experience in EMS education, credentialing, and program management. During his paramedic career, he has performed 9-1-1 ground responses and rendered care for individuals as a flight paramedic. He has demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, developing innovative examination content, and maintaining accreditation standards. Paul has a proven ability to oversee curricular development, stakeholder engagement, and professional development initiatives. He is well-known for elevating EMS training programs at the local, regional, and national levels, improving pass rates above 94%, and developing national EMS education standards. At the National Registry of EMTs, Paul has helped to develop and implement new certification examinations for our nation. Paul resides in Texas with his wife and loves to walk, hike, and read.
