Bob Mahlman serves as Director of Certification & Credentialing for the CCO, responsible for the team that develops and maintains written and performance assessments for operators of load-handling equipment and related personnel. Bob received his master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology with a minor in quantitative psychology from The Ohio State University. He received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2015 and the ICE Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP) certification in 2021. He served on the ANAB Personnel Certification Accreditation Committee (PCAC) from 2010-2018, and has served on the ANAB Certificate Accreditation Program Accreditation Committee (CAPAC) since 2019. He served as chair of the CAPAC 2022-2024.
