Dr. John W. Jones is a past recipient of the Association of Test Publishers (ATP) Award for Professional Contributions and Service to Testing. He is Diplomate-certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology and is a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Illinois.

Dr. Jones serves as Managing Member of FifthTheory, LLC and as Head of the Campbell International Leadership Institute. His research focuses on AI Psychometrics, Assessment-Based Self-Coaching for Leaders and Students, and the development of the next generation of personality and performance assessments for the AI era.
