Kaitlynn Lewis Griffith has devoted her career to education with more than 30 years of experience spanning fundraising, assessment, and strategy. She began her career in advancement and alumni relations at Grinnell and Cornell College and several public-school districts before moving into educational assessment and higher education strategy and enrollment, where she has spent the past two decades.

Kaitlynn has held senior leadership roles at several leading education and assessment organizations. She served as the head of the ACT; as Senior Vice President of Product at the Law School Admission Council; and as Vice President of Enrollment Solutions at the College Board.

Today, she is Chief Solutions Officer at Cornerstone Strategies, where she advises education and assessment organizations on strategy, product development, and innovation. Her career reflects a consistent focus on expanding educational opportunities and shaping the future of assessment and learning.
