Cicek Svensson is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with over 17 years of experience in the assessment industry. Her career began in Sweden, where she worked for the country’s largest test publisher, developing assessments for international markets and localizing them for the Nordic region.
After moving to the United States, Cicek led business development and marketing efforts for a UK-based firm in North America, with a focus on assessment quality control. Since then, she has partnered with a variety of assessment organizations, helping to elevate brand visibility and drive strategic growth initiatives.
Currently, she serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Caveon, where she oversees strategic partnerships and supports clients in delivering secure, high-quality testing solutions.
Cicek brings a global perspective to her work, with professional experience spanning Europe, the U.S., and the Baltic region. She is multilingual and has lived and worked in Sweden, Turkey, and the United States.
