Eric Deutz has served as the senior examination content developer at the NBCRNA since 2023. In this role, he oversees the development, implementation and management of test items across all NBCRNA-administered examinations. He graduated from the MESA program at the University of Illinois-Chicago in 2023 where he became proficient in a wide range of psychometric tools. He has since published multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals regarding the implementation and use of longitudinal assessment at the NBCRNA.
