Anne M. Minton, MBA, ICE-CCP is the CEO of the Board of Certification, Inc. (BOC), an international credentialing organization with comprehensive programs in certification, examination services and consulting, technology, approval of continuing education providers and works toward its goal of providing exceptional credentialing programs for healthcare professionals to assure protection of the public.
Before her appointment as CEO of BOC in 2019, Ms. Minton served as COO from 2018 to April 30, 2019, as Associate Executive Director from 2014 to 2018, as Assistant Executive Director from 2007 to 2014 and as Director of Operations from 1998 to 2007.
Minton has spent her professional career in credentialing and examination services with over twenty-six years of experience in Policy Governance, strategic planning, growth and leadership of the BOC staff, board leadership, orientation, and onboarding.
Minton currently serves on the I.C.E. Board of Directors and previously served I.C.E. as a member of the I.C.E. Exchange Program Committee and was in the first class to earn her ICE-CCP. Minton served two terms as an Executive Board member on the Federation of Associations for Regulatory Boards, where she currently serves on the FARB Finance Committee.
Minton is also CEO of Quadterion LLC, an exam services company she launched in 2023. Minton is driven by her entrepreneurial spirit with an eye and passion for strategic leadership and innovation.
Minton received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, a Master of Arts degree in management and a master’s degree in business administration from Bellevue University in Nebraska. She earned the Institute for Credentialing Excellence Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP) certification in 2022.
