Joy Daquila-Casey serves as the Assistant Director of Certification Operations and Customer Service at the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has over 15 years of experience in credentialing and holds a Masters Degree in Management and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. She serves on the Awards Committee for the American Board of Nursing Specialties (ABNS) and on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.). She earned and maintains the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) credential from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) as well as the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and firmly believes in the value of credentialing as a means for acknowledging competence and as a path for lifelong learning.
