Helen Coleman is a highly experienced and successful operational leader within the UK education and awarding organisation environments. As Chief Operating Officer she is accountable for the end-to-end service delivery and customer experience of all ABRSM’s products and services globally. ABRSM operates in almost 100 countries and typically certificates half a million learners annually. Helen led the transformation of ABRSM’s core music assessment offer to on-demand solutions so that learners can access their assessments anytime, anywhere. She is an Executive member of ABRSM’s Governing Body and its Audit and Risk and Finance and Business Development Committees.
