This presentation will explore how we tackle organised cheating networks. Session will contrast strategic governance, technical analysis and intelligence led decision making with tactical execution, evidence gathering, and stakeholder coordination. Through a fully anonymised, real world case study, the session will demonstrate the end-to-end lifecycle of a major investigation, from anomaly detection and intelligence gathering, through rapid result withholding, to permanent candidate bans and the criticality of continuous monitoring and proactively countering emerging threats.
