Louise is an operational security leader with over 25 years of specialist experience in combating global fraud, data breaches, and cyber enabled and dependent organised criminality. Louise served over 20 years as a senior Detective in the Metropolitan Police. Between 2016 to 2019 she led the Met Police Cyber Crime Unit directing complex investigations into serious and organised global criminal networks, including identity fraud, data theft, insider threats, and online marketplaces used for criminal facilitation. She launched and commanded the Met’s first dedicated cybercrime Darkweb capability, achieving high profile prosecutions and significant upstream disruption of fraud and cybercrime affecting public and private sectors. In subsequent roles Louise had designed and implemented scalable global cybersecurity frameworks, insider risk mitigation programmes, and vulnerability management systems in multi-jurisdictional, regulated, and high stakes environments. Louise holds CISM, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Information Security and brings deep expertise in fraud prevention, incident response, regulatory compliance, and cross agency partnership working.
