Sara Alizieri is General Manager at Certify Assessment Solutions and International Testing and Training Services (ITTS), where she oversees the development and global delivery of secure assessment solutions spanning both physical test centre operations and remote invigilation.
With over six years at Certify and a career grounded in the operational delivery of high-stakes testing, Sara has developed a close understanding of candidate behaviour and the realities of remote proctoring at scale. She has worked on both sides of the integrity challenge: gaining insight into how misconduct is evolving as candidates increasingly turn to AI tools, and how automated detection, layered monitoring, and human oversight can be designed to keep pace.
At eATP 2026, Sara co-presents Catch the Cheat: A Live AI Proctoring Challenge, an interactive Discover session built around SmarTest Invigilate, Certify’s AI-powered remote proctoring platform. Delegates take the role of proctors during a live remote testing simulation, exploring how security, integrity, and candidate experience can be balanced in modern remote assessment environments.
