John McCaffrey has over 20 years’ experience working within the software development industry, with more than five years in the public safety arena. At MHS Core, he leads the development of our applications, working closely with customers to understand and refine requirements, while managing delivery of the technical aspects of customer implementations. His expertise includes software design and development, team and project management, and relationship building. John has led significant changes in application architecture and development practices, including the introduction of agile processes. With extensive experience delivering large-scale IT projects in the public sector, he focuses on high customer satisfaction through effective solution design, implementation, and delivery of customer workshops.
