With 30 years of experience in the education field, he is dedicated to creating and delivering engaging, effective learning AI-powered solutions for customers, partners, and internal teams. Passionate about collaboration, Manuel works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive a customer-centric education strategy that fuels growth and innovation. He holds a Master’s from the Institute of Education (University College London) and an MBA from AESE/IESE Business School (Lisbon, Ahmedabad, New York).
