Leeann Manlove is the Credentialing Manager at the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS). With over 15 years of experience in certification, Leeann supports RAPS credentialing programs, including the RAC and RCC, with a focus on exam development, volunteer coordination, vendor management, and customer satisfaction. She started out in the certification industry hand scoring practical exams and has since worked in nearly every aspect of testing services, from customer care to designing and creating physical certification cards. Leeann also has some experience in test development, working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design written and practical exams, and loves collaborating with SMEs to ensure certifications are fair, reliable, and industry relevant. She is excited to continue her journey and looks forward to the new innovations this industry holds.
