Giuseppe Ruggieri is founder and Managing Director of ITTS and Certify Assessment Solutions, organisations specialising in assessment delivery, test centre operations, and secure digital testing technologies.

With more than two decades of experience in the assessment industry, Giuseppe has worked across both operational delivery and assessment technology, supporting high-stakes testing programmes internationally through physical test centres, remote invigilation, and hybrid delivery models.

His background includes the management of large-scale global testing operations, oversight of complex delivery networks, quality assurance, compliance, audits, and assessment security. Having worked closely with awarding bodies, universities, certification providers, and international testing organisations, he has developed a strong practical understanding of the operational, technological, and regulatory challenges involved in delivering secure assessments at scale.

Under his leadership, ITTS and Certify have expanded their focus beyond traditional test delivery to include integrated assessment solutions combining operational support, candidate management, remote invigilation, assessment technology, and quality assurance. This includes the development of the SmarTest suite of platforms, including Invigilate, Nexus, and Examiner.

Giuseppe is particularly interested in the future of assessment delivery and the evolving relationship between physical test centres, digital assessment environments, AI-supported invigilation, candidate experience, and operational resilience. His approach combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational experience, with a strong focus on practical implementation, defensibility, and maintaining trust in high-stakes assessment environments.
